EXTREME WEATHER - We will ALWAYS do our absolute best to show up for your pet’s appointments. However, we reserve the right to alter the arrival time and/or shorten outside durations in extreme weather.

LICENCES & VACCINATIONS - All dogs must be licensed with the Town of Fort Erie (or your home city) and provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations.

ILLNESS – Safety is our first priority when caring for your beloved pet(s).  If we suspect your pet is ill or if there is an accident we will contact you at your emergency contact phone number.  If the matter is urgent and we feel a veterinarian is required we will take your pet to your provider of choice or the 24-hour emergency clinic if necessary.  Veterinarian release forms are filled out before the commencement of service.  Veterinarian charges are your responsibility.  Your pet will be provided with the love, time and attention necessary.

INSURANCE - We are Insured and bonded.

ACCESSING YOUR HOME – We will require a set of keys of your home prior to the commencement of service.  When not in use, keys are kept in a locked secure location and are coded for added safety so they cannot be associated with your home.
